Creating a habit is simple! Click the '+' button on your dashboard, enter a habit name (like "Read for 30 minutes"), choose a category and color, then click 'Add Habit'. Your new habit will appear in your dashboard where you can track it daily.
What's the best way to track my habits? ▼
Click on any day in your habit's calendar to mark it complete. Green days show completed habits, and your streak counter updates automatically. For best results, update your habits at the same time each day to build consistency.
How many habits should I start with? ▼
We recommend starting with 2-3 habits maximum. Research shows that focusing on fewer habits leads to better success rates. Once these become automatic (usually after 66 days), you can add more.
Can I customize habit categories? ▼
Currently, we offer 6 pre-defined categories: Health, Fitness, Learning, Work, Personal, and Mindfulness. We're working on custom categories for a future update!
How do I view my habit history? ▼
